Nana Darkoa Sekyiamah’s brand-new guide The gender Lives of African lady examines self-discovery, liberty and treatment. She covers every little thing this lady has learned

Letter ana Darkoa Sekyiamah have a face that grins at rest. Whenever the woman is talking, truly with a constant smile

one that only falters when she talks about some of the difficult circumstances she and other African women have gone through in their quest for sexual liberation. She speaks in my opinion from their room city of Accra, Ghana, where she says “no you’re amazed” that she’s got written a novel about gender. As a blogger, publisher and self-described “positive intercourse evangelist”, she’s got started accumulating and recording the sexual experience of African females for longer than a decade. This lady brand-new book, The Intercourse resides of African people, are an anthology of confessional reports from across the African region as well as the diaspora. The stories were sorted into three sections: self-discovery, independence and treatment. Each “sex existence” is actually told into the subject’s own words. The result is a book which will take the reader into the bedrooms of polygamous marriages in Senegal, to furtive lesbian hookups in commodes in Cairo and polyamorous clubs in the us, but without having any sensationalism or essentialism.
